Sea Moss + Watermelon + Ginger Glow Hydration Smoothie

Ingredients

3 cups seedless watermelon (chilled, cubed)

1–2 tsp fresh ginger (grated) or a ½–1 inch knob

1–2 tbsp sea moss gel

Juice of ½ lime (optional but amazing)

½ cup cold water or coconut water (as needed for blending)

Ice (optional)

Mint (optional garnish)
Directions

Add watermelon, ginger, sea moss gel, and lime juice to a blender.

Blend until silky smooth. Add a splash of water/coconut water if needed.

Optional: strain through a fine mesh sieve if you want it super smooth.

Pour into a jar over ice, garnish with mint, and enjoy immediately.

Too spicy? Start with 1 tsp ginger and build up.
