Sea Moss + Watermelon + Ginger Glow Hydration Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon (chilled, cubed)

  • 1–2 tsp fresh ginger (grated) or a ½–1 inch knob

  • 1–2 tbsp sea moss gel

  • Juice of ½ lime (optional but amazing)

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water (as needed for blending)

  • Ice (optional)

  • Mint (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Add watermelon, ginger, sea moss gel, and lime juice to a blender.

  2. Blend until silky smooth. Add a splash of water/coconut water if needed.

  3. Optional: strain through a fine mesh sieve if you want it super smooth.

  4. Pour into a jar over ice, garnish with mint, and enjoy immediately.

Glow Tips (quick + practical)

  • Too spicy? Start with 1 tsp ginger and build up.

  • Too thick? Add more watermelon or a splash of coconut water.

  • Best texture: blend sea moss gel in (don’t stir it in after).

  • Consistency > perfection: enjoy 3–4x/week as your hydration ritual.
