Sea Moss Strawberry Chia ‘Glow Pudding”

Ingredients

¾ cup plant milk (oat, almond, coconut)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1–2 tbsp sea moss gel

½ tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

½ cup strawberries (chopped) or ¼ cup strawberry purée
Directions

In a jar, whisk plant milk + sea moss gel + vanilla + sweetener.

Stir in chia seeds until fully mixed.

Wait 5 minutes, stir again (prevents clumps).

Fold in strawberries (or layer them on top).

Chill 2+ hours or overnight.
