Sea Moss Strawberry Chia ‘Glow Pudding”

Prep time: 5 minutes (plus chill time)

Serves: 1 (double/triple for meal prep)

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plant milk (oat, almond, coconut)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1–2 tbsp sea moss gel

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • ½ cup strawberries (chopped) or ¼ cup strawberry purée

Directions

  1. In a jar, whisk plant milk + sea moss gel + vanilla + sweetener.

  2. Stir in chia seeds until fully mixed.

  3. Wait 5 minutes, stir again (prevents clumps).

  4. Fold in strawberries (or layer them on top).

  5. Chill 2+ hours or overnight.

  • Stir twice = perfect pudding texture.

  • Chia holds liquid, supporting hydration from the inside.

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
