Sea Moss + Pineapple Glow Smoothie (Hydration + Radiance)

Intro:
If your skin has been looking dull or dry, start here. This smoothie is a hydration-forward glow ritual: tropical fruit, electrolytes, and mineral support from sea moss.

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 ripe banana (or ½ frozen banana for thicker texture)

  • ¾–1 cup coconut water

  • 1–2 tbsp sea moss gel

  • ½ tsp grated ginger (optional)

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Ice (optional)

Directions

  1. Add everything to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust lime or coconut water.

Glow Note: Coconut water + sea moss = hydration = minerals for that “glow from within.”
